Training/Conferences
The Missouri Office of Prosecution Services provides technical assistance to prosecuting attorneys and is the primary source of continuing legal education for prosecutors.
This office holds numerous statewide, regional and local trainings, seminars, webinars and other specialized conferences each year.
Section 56.265 RSMo mandates that each prosecuting attorney must complete a minimum of 20 hours of approved training in order to receive a portion of his or her salary. The Prosecutors Coordinators Training Council has adopted a rule implementing the requirements of this statute. The trainings listed on this page are approved for credit under this rule.
